Purchase and delivery
Products are digital downloads sold through the storefront linked on the product page. The storefront processes payment, provides the receipt, and delivers the purchased files. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and delivery access shown at checkout control that transaction.
Refunds and problem resolution
Because files are delivered digitally, refund requests are reviewed for duplicate purchases, corrupt or inaccessible delivery, or a material mismatch between the listing and the delivered files. Contact the seller through the receipt or the support route below with the product name, storefront, purchase date, and problem. The storefront or payment processor may apply its own refund and dispute rules and may issue a refund under those rules. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
Support boundaries
Support covers missing or corrupt downloads and reproducible defects in the supplied files. It does not include customization, consulting, data entry, migration, installation on unsupported systems, review of buyer files, or professional advice. Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or unrelated private records in a support request.
License summary
A personal-use product is licensed to one purchaser for personal or sole-proprietor operations. A commercial product may be used only within the users, organization, and direct-client-work limits stated in its included license. Source files, templates, datasets, and utilities may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published, uploaded as a competing product, or shared beyond the purchased license. The license file delivered with a product controls if this summary differs from that product's terms.
Compatibility, safety, and backups
System requirements and file formats are listed on each product page. Buyers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase and for maintaining backups. Read-only utilities do not automatically rename, move, delete, overwrite, or upload source files; buyers remain responsible for any later cleanup decision or command they choose to run.
No promised outcome
The products organize information and support repeatable workflows. They do not provide legal, tax, employment, accounting, financial, medical, journalistic, investigative, or other professional advice. No sale, job, payment, finding, compliance result, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Privacy
This static site does not provide an account form, payment form, or customer-file upload and currently uses no advertising tracker operated by Independent Tools & Workbooks. The hosting provider may process technical request and usage data under its own privacy statement. Checkout, payment, and support links lead to third-party storefronts that process information under their own policies.
Independent Tools & Workbooks may receive the buyer and transaction information a storefront supplies, plus information a buyer voluntarily includes in a support message. That information is used for delivery, support, fraud prevention, refunds, and required business records. It is not sold as a customer list. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable obligations.
Website use and changes
Do not use the site or products to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, misrepresent evidence, or harm another person. Listings and policies may be updated prospectively as products or storefront rules change. The terms shown at the time of purchase and the license delivered with the product remain the primary record for that purchase.

Use the seller contact on your receipt or the published support route. This policy is operational information, not legal advice.
